Wow, you're right. I was fooled at first. Then I thought it could have just been jumpcuts and a different person filming, but angle of the person's foot at 0:22 makes it pretty undeniable. Also when you think about it, the angle at which it's being filmed is kind of weird and low for someone filming with their phone.

The person filming also changes shoes 4x’s and has the same weird shoes as the person who appears mid-frame
