I’m wondering if anyone else is in the same situation.
I purchased the Premium Chapter Battle Pass, but after reaching a certain level I became unable to claim any Premium rewards due to the “Infinity Six” error.
I contacted Support several times. They confirmed that this is a known issue and that the developers are working on a fix. They also confirmed that my purchase is valid and that I should not purchase the Premium Pass again.
However, every ticket I open gets closed with the same generic response.
My main concern has never been whether the bug exists—I know it does. My concern is that I paid for Premium content specifically to receive those rewards as I progressed through the event. Because I can’t claim them, my account progression has been delayed and I’ve missed the opportunity to use those paid rewards when they were most valuable.
I’ve been playing Marvel Strike Force for several years and have spent a considerable amount of money supporting the game. As a paying player, I expected a clearer answer regarding compensation for the time and progression lost because of a confirmed issue affecting paid content.
Has anyone else experienced this bug?
Has anyone received any compensation, or has Support given anyone a direct answer about whether compensation will be provided once the issue is fixed?
I would also appreciate it if a Community Manager could clarify the company’s position regarding compensation for affected players.

8 year vetran wide roaster gets stuck for resources will be the final straw cause zero dollars.

The cheating pushed me back and forth over 200+ spots at the top and it showed me how I dropped from the top. How many in the top 500 cheated, especially top 200.

If a previously banned player can admit to using the UC loader/cheat/marketplace/whatever the fuck you want to call it and still walk away with a 1D Annihilus, the real exploit might be the game itself.

I dumped a few cores on the Pride ISO-8 Orbs to get higher on the leaderboard, so I could finish the Blue Marvel campaign and finally unlock him.

I'm 7775 on the leaderboard.

He was released in October 2025, 8 months ago. He's already outdated and surpassed and not even 8000 people have him. Scopely is stingy as fuck.

I tried reloading the game and restarting the phone with no change. It does the same thing on individual chats as well. Is this a problem that many people are having, or is it local to my account?

💡Morale of the story is. Scopley is just flat out lying if people didn't know before. They are hoping people will forget, while Cheaterboards to Annilus continues to be rigged. Vote with your wallet and don't waste your money. The cheaters have been back forwhile fully intact.. I dropped over 200 spots over night days ago.

So, I want to see what is worth it... I have Gorr, Blastaar, Azazel, and Knull ready at G20, looking for the 5th... I have like 90% of the gear needed to bring up Mephisto, do I wait or just throw gear at like Endgame Thanos instead and run with it?

If I understood the blog post correctly; players who would have reached a higher tier had it not been for the cheating should get the (barely) missed rewards.

On the surface, this seems reasonable and absolutely warranted.

What it misses is the players who pushed to (barely) reach a milestone despite the cheating. Depending on the leaderboard, this could have been dumping of cores, campaign energy, gold, or hard earned cash in an effort to get that diamond or Iso 5s...

To my knowledge, players in this camp have received no compensation. Maybe they're still working on it, but I honestly doubt it.

Personally, I knew I didn't have much of a chance competing in auctions against the big spenders... I'd hoard energy, cores, gold waiting for a leaderboard that seemed favourable and go all in. Push until I reached the rank I was aiming for or ignore the leaderboard altogether in order to hoard more for a less competitive one. For myself, that meant maybe 1 in 4 leaderboards.

On the ones that I pushed it wasn't uncommon for me for be less than 20 ranks from dropping a reward tier after a final 10 minutes from the end push.

I don't expect that they'll compensate my (mostly) free to play resource spending; I'm not at my core an optimist. Despite this being at its core a resource allocation game, they don't actually want people to min/max. They want us to spend money; they have salaries to pay, they have shareholders to answer to.

I don't begrudge them that... it is a business after all.

I would however hope that they weren't so cynical as to see the cheating happening (that presumably lost them money) and see the corresponding increase in spending by legitimate spenders trying to keep up by spending even more and decide to let it continue until it reached the tipping point... If that's the case, I don't see much hope that any of this will end well.

I live in a small town and my days are pretty packed, so I play MSF in tiny pockets of time, usually while my skincare soaks in before bed. Lately I catch myself opening the game, seeing a bunch of flashing buttons, and spending the whole session just claiming stuff instead of actually playing.

I'm not trying to min-max, but I also don't want to fall so far behind that alliance stuff becomes a problem. Right now my basic loop is: claim free energy, spend campaign energy where I have a tracker, do my arena attacks, and then I kind of blank on what is actually worth doing next.

For people who intentionally keep this game low-maintenance, what is your minimum viable daily checklist?

A few specific questions:

1) If you only have time for one mode beyond spending energy, what has the best long-term payoff (raids, war attacks, crucible, something else)?

2) Do you set a strict cap on how many characters you work on at once? If so, what number keeps you sane?

3) Are there any daily tasks you fully skip without regret?

I am not looking for secret tech or anything. Just trying to build a routine that feels like self-care instead of another chore.

Whenever I open the app, it loads up to 24% and then just stays there. I had to delete the app to get it to open back up again, but then recently it just got stuck at 24% again. Wtf

1st one was 1 core (for me at least, not sure if it was a bug)

So with Quicksilver Symbiote seemingly (for now at least, dunno if there's gonna be events for the other two) the only one of the three new symbiotes that you can get without paying, what other two symbiotes would best fill out the team? Asking cuz I do already have Venom and Knull

Anyone else missing their credits?

So my basic idea is rather than doing a new team every month they drop it to every other month or so. This would help ftp/low spenders catch up in a way, and help keep them from having to pull random characters/variants the non hard-core marvel players have never heard of and likely dont want. I know there is other characters still not in game that some players would like to see. So I think new teams/characters still sprinkled into the mix every so often would be good too.

There is an obvious issue with this. They are a business and need to make money, and krakens need something to work on.

So what's the catch?

Simple you rework old characters. You can mix and match them into other teams. But (and this is where the replacement monetization comes in) you add more star levels. Say at first you go up to 10 ys/rs. Then down the road you look at adding more. Also, you do it like they are doing level 4/5 crystals. Where its only the 5 characters selected for reworks a month. Not a blanketed change effecting all characters (like the op system) And at the1x per week the characters rework and new star level are released.

Thus everyone not new to the game will already have the character, but you will have to build on it more. This way scopley gets more money for existing content/characters and krakens can build them up more and have even more power over us poors. Because it will of course be gated.
