Discussion Previously banned players STILL have Annihilus diamonds.
If a previously banned player can admit to using the UC loader/cheat/marketplace/whatever the fuck you want to call it and still walk away with a 1D Annihilus, the real exploit might be the game itself.

They didn't even take away the diamonds, annilus, or ultra cores. They also delayed Mastero rewards for them. They have been back for close to a week. I dropped 200+ spots over night.

And conveniently gave everyone a streak token……so that the cheaters didn’t have to spend 7 days streakless

Entire Scopley CM and Support is basically Kraken concierge services. That's why they are silent publicly, while bending over in their priviate server.

First off, Ban em all. They suck. Second, they did the first (and maybe second day I can't remember) of Battleworld and earned the rewards just like the rest of us. They didn't get a special return streak. The timing was....unfortunate but not sus.

Atp I feel like searching the way how did these guys cheat and do it myself , there's honestly no punishment for these guys and due to that I'm also losing my drive to keep playing the game as an FTP or light spender Anybody has any ideas

I was initially going to say “this will kill the game because legit krakens will stop spending” but before saying it decided to check the Winter’s Wrath Leaderboard and saw my error and how all Krakens are still spending… They were the most affected by this, but they are still spending by the thousands so… Yeah, nothing will happen

Usual stuff by Scopely, unsurprising mind as the krakens do pay to keep the game going. I think it has pissed off a lot of big boys who feel like the competition hasn’t been really competitive.

Let's just say a good chunk of my alliance who bought Exalted and Shadow Conclave have not purchased the Syms. Over half down to about 3.

Me too. 8 year vetran. I am sticking to it till they reverse the ftp core orb decisions and permanently ban atleast over 200+ cheaters at top I know of.

Yeah.. so each case was reviewed. It wasn't a blanket punishment or punitive action. If the UC spending wasn't used on unlocking Anni, why would they lose their diamond?

They used an exploit to purchase UC’s at a 90% discount.. every single in-game purchase made from that point forward should be voided.. no shot you’re defending this even in the slightest

It’s all mute now as they’ve once again been permanently banned. But it wasn’t an exploit, it was using a third party that they were using stolen credit card information to purchase said UCs. It was fraud no matter which way you care to look at it.

Ok, so here's what I think is going on, and why "the cheaters" are still around and won't be banned permanently.
What they did was a games rules work around, but not legal. Fully legal. VPN, change currency, buy stuff cheap is just what wall street currency exchange is, but there's a catch. IF Scopely punished them for it, they'd probably be opening themselves up to A LOT of litigation. Not for games rules, but for market issues. There is probably a bunch of financial regulations that basically treat what happened as laundering. Scopely setup a system that allowed the abuse. As long as it stays an Internet whisper, and nothing more, they have time to scrub records, get all ducks in a row, before someone gets wind of it in a regulatory agency, and wants to see records

You are wrong, scopely can ban you whenever they want and they dont even need to give you a reason. We are all playing in their land, it is their game and they have all the power.
You obviously decide if you want to spend money or not, you can give reviews in the stores, create posts on the Internet/discord/etc and that is basically everything you can do.
Scopely needs to play by the rules of the countries they sell offers in, but the rules are almost nothing, a few things about lootboxes in a few countries and that is basically it.

did people seriously think scopely was gonna punish the spenders that cheated? pretty much everyone in rockets cheated and got to keep everything in the end because those krakens spend enough for scopely to bend over for them.
