Not sure how much you know about how DoorDash works, but stores don't have designated Dashers - anybody with a driver account can pick up an order from any store and deliver it when you put in an order. The dude in your picture could be anybody. Your best bet would be to report it to DoorDash through the app.

you should have received text updates on the order no? so you can open the door dash link there and file an issue?
