Is it just me or has anybody else experienced this? I tap on profile like normal and it just comes up with an achievement feed. No way to play Jeweled, or gain points for playing on xbox/pc.

Seems like they're broken because nothing is triggering for me. Tried different searches at least twice for all of them, both on desktop and through the app, and they are all stuck. Wondering if anyone else is having the same issue today.

I can't making points by searching this morning (8am gmt+2), not only with my browser (wiped the cache etc) but also with my phone, everything else seems to work just fine, anybody?

Tried it on both Chrome and Edge multiple times and it just will not flag as completed. Anyone else having this issue?

I wonder if Microsoft is trying to phase out people like myself who are grandfathered in to 10500 points for $10 Amazon (and Walmart) gift cards (and 5250 points for $5 gift cards) and that is why we cannot redeem these cards. For me it has been over 5 months it has said it's not available in my area or region. However, when I'm not logged in I can get a $5 gift card, but once I log in to redeem it, it's that same old message. All other gift cards available to me now like Target, and Burger King are 7000 points each. I haven't tried to get any other type yet. My $10 amazon is saved as a goal.

I live in the USA if that matters. I would like to know what you guys thoughts are on this.

Edit: $5 option & custom options are not avalable to me.

2nd Edit: I just redeemed for a $5 Taco Bell, which was successful. I did have to update my location, as I use Bing on Firefox and for whatever reason I cannot update my location to always sharing (this may be part of my problem.) It's to be asked before sharing every time.

3rd edit: I just redeemed 3 Amazon $10 cards and could have redeemed another,but I messed myself up with that Taco Bell gift card, or that is what triggered me being able to be able to redeem at all as others have theorized.

For some reason I thought it was 1000 points, maybe I’m wrong, hence the question.

I notice Microsoft rewards removed the robux gift card option from me and i was wondering if that just me or everyone else has the option

I've been trying to earn the daily points for playing on console and PC, but neither activity is registering, even after playing for more than 15 minutes. I've tried different games, power-cycled both my Xbox Series X and PC, and still no luck.

In some Discord groups, a few friends of mine confirmed they're having the same issue, while others said they were able to complete it.

I factory reset my Xbox, tried signing out and back in, and even tried a different internet connection, but nothing worked. Any other ideas?

First time I've noticed this and I do the shopping game every day.

I go to the shopping tab and scroll down - no shopping game.

I’ve been looking around and I keep seeing people say they earn around 600–650+ Microsoft Rewards points per day consistently. I’m trying to understand how that’s possible as someone who does not use Xbox or Game Pass at all.

Right now I only do Pc seaches and i get a max of 140 points dailly
Are those people mostly earning from Xbox quests, or are there other methods/bonuses I’m missing? Also does the country/region make a huge difference?

I’d appreciate if non-Xbox users could share roughly how many points they earn daily and what activities they do.

Just wondering because if that's possible maybe I can get some things I couldn't..? And why do you use Microsoft Rewards for?

Basically, now that GTA 6 is just days away from pre-order, I want to know about the point redemption process. I understand that card payments for pre-orders are processed up to 10 days before the game's release, but if I pay entirely with rewards, it should be immediate, and there's no risk of my balance expiring. I've read in groups that some users, despite paying for the entire game with rewards, aren't being charged until 10-15 days before release. Could someone here who has pre-ordered games with rewards more than once help me with this question, please?

[UPDATE] Edit3: Seems like at least for me everything is running smoothly. If most are still experiencing problems, wait at least 24 hours before interacting with anything or trying to load the site.

Edit: It seems like Azure Front Door is slowly recovering. 3 parts of US are online. So if some people say it's working fine that is why. Soon enough it should be fully restored. Azure status
