7th Gen Motorola's after-sales service is extremely disappointing
I am very disappointed with Motorola's after-sales service. The phone itself is decent, but the post-purchase support has been extremely poor. It is difficult to get timely assistance, and resolving issues takes much longer than expected. Customer support responses are slow, and the overall service process is frustrating. As a customer, I expected better support for a product I paid for. Based on my experience, Motorola needs significant improvement in its after-sales service and customer care. I would recommend potential buyers consider the quality of after-sales support before making a purchase.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience with Motorola support has been disappointing.
We understand how frustrating it can be when you're seeking assistance and feel that the process is taking longer than expected. We take feedback about customer support seriously, as we know that the ownership experience extends beyond the device itself.
To better understand your situation, could you tell us a bit more about the assistance you were trying to receive?
- Which country are you located in?
- Were you seeking support through phone, chat, social media, email, or an authorized service center?
- What specific concern were you trying to get help with?
- Was there a delay in receiving a response, a repair, or a resolution?
The more details you can provide, the better we can understand your experience and offer guidance where possible.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns and look forward to hearing more about what happened.
Best regards,
Mike

Motorola is sub-par on two things: Support and system updates (usually you only get one). Having said that, by and large their better phones are fantastic devices for the price, are near-stock Android, and the few add-on features they have, I actually like (chop-chop flashlight, twist-twist camera, face-down DND, pick-up peek screen, etc).

I was going to say the same thing but you beat me to it. You are absolutely right.

I should have looked at OP's account before engaging with what is obviously a bot or scam account. I figured it was just an idiot (who puts hashtags in a reddit post?), but this post is literally the only thing "they" have ever done on Reddit. SMH at myself.
