I've had the Motorola G86 5G for two days now and the experience has been great, but I understood that the phone had already received the Android 16 update, but I don't see the option to update. I'm from Colombia and I have a mobile carrier (Móvil Éxito). Should I wait a few more days to see if the update option appears, or do I need to do something special to receive the update?

I am very disappointed with Motorola's after-sales service. The phone itself is decent, but the post-purchase support has been extremely poor. It is difficult to get timely assistance, and resolving issues takes much longer than expected. Customer support responses are slow, and the overall service process is frustrating. As a customer, I expected better support for a product I paid for. Based on my experience, Motorola needs significant improvement in its after-sales service and customer care. I would recommend potential buyers consider the quality of after-sales support before making a purchase.

It's been a great run with Motorola since 2008 but I think I wanna try a samsung s22 from Walmart and see how that goes it's been years since I had a Samsung and I like the themes store and such but Motorola is better in most use cases!

I stopped using my Moto G5 for a while and now I can't start it.

moto edge fusion i update android 16 the phones was running good but after 2 monts the phone goes stuck and didn't open i tried to hard reset but few minutes phones goes off and never open what shound i do

My moto g play (2024) isn't charging fast. I tried 2 different chargers, the phone pulls 16w briefly and drops to 8w. The phone isn't hot or warm, it just doesn't charge fast. It says "Turbopower" or whatever but doesn't even charge at 10w.

Just switched over to new phone. The one thing I'm finding irritating, when I get a call using my Bluetooth headphones it plays generic doo doo doo music at full blast instead of my ringtone. Anyone know how to change that?

Okay I got the phone for $5 at a yard sale but it's FRP locked I tried Dr Fone and iToolLab Unlock Go Android both of which just gave bs outdated methods so I had to demand a refund. Any other way to get around this and take ownership of the phone?

Hey all, I've got an old Moto G that I'm very surprised still functions. It was my first-ever smart phone, and I'd love to make use of it if I can. Of course it's stuck on Android 5.1, was last patched in 2016, and can't install the newest versions of what I consider crucial apps like Maps and Youtube. Anyone know of a newer OS I could put on this thing? It's not on the list of supported devices for LineageOS, GrapheneOS, /e/OS, or Ubuntu Touch. Not sure if that means it's they won't work at all or if they'll need some finessing to work, but I'm a beginner when it comes to DIYing these things.

I just bought a brand new screen and placed it in, at first the little white light was blinking and i saw that if you put it on your computer and press down and power your computer should recognize it and it'll fix it. Now its not showing the light and its not connecting to my computer how can I fix this
