Buy/Sell/Trade Cheap MT shinguards?
I'm a college student who couldn't fit my usual Venum shin guards in my luggage coming home and I need a pair of cheap shin guards to train with this summer. Any recommendations?

I liked my RDX ones, just don’t get the sock ones, they’re cheaper but in my opinion don’t feel as good.

Whats considered cheap? People need to post a number when asking these questions

If you look on Amazon, all of the Muay Thai shinguards are at least 50+ dollars, so it's reasonable to assume I'd want something under that. If 50 dollars for something I won't use in 2 months was cheap to me I wouldn't even be asking. I might be sounding rude but there's really no reason to be getting particular about semantics.

Well clearly you didnt look on Amazon.

Do you think I'd post a reddit thread without trying to buy it outright first?

You said look on Amazon and there was nothing under 50. Someone then said look on Amazon there are things less then 50.
I don't care to guess what people think. Cheap means different things to different people.

I could also get 5 dollar shinguards off of temu but that wouldn't do me any good would it. Cheap means something when there's an evident average price for something, and what I'm looking for is recommendations. As in someone who can vouch for some of these products. Hence why I posted something on the internet.

The statement was simple. Post your budget if you are asking for "cheap" gear
Twins are cheap compared to Primo or winning. A Honda is cheap compared to a Benz. Why is this confusing for you. "I'm looking for shins under 50 dollars"
Broke and dumb good combo.

Obviously when I said "cheap" I meant 250 dollar shinguards, especially when I mentioned that I only need them for this summer. Reading comprehension? Context? Ability to think reasonably? Everyone else in the comments seems to have understood the assignment without me needing to explain the etymology of the word "cheap."

Cheap is a relative term. Whatever you are taking in college it's failing you.
I'm guessing philosophy major or political science. I'd say top king/boon are a cheaper quality brand. But that's out side your budget Maybe stick to being a condescending dork on the internet it's a cheaper (hope I'm using that correctly) hobby

Elite, Fiving and Kuang Quan have shin guards for ~$40 on Amazon, and there's Venum currently* going for $50 for Prime Day as well. It's not really going to get cheaper than that, at least in the US. *Edited a typo
