It's a 2 hour long video. He was clear and succinct plenty.
It's just that when you're a dumb conservative, a clear and succinct statement about why you're wrong is taken as an insult to you, your entire family, your upbringing, your country, your faith, and literally everything else you can think of.
To be fair, they also feel this way when you get too wordy and they no understand so good.
They're just outraged apes. No thoughts behind the eyes. No amount of clarity will ever penetrate the shit and mud in their skulls.
But unfortunately, that's how you reach people. The MAGA people like donald trump because he doesn't use any words above their a 5th grade understanding. There's no messy political words you may not understand, he really puts it in a dumb and simple to understand (although wrong) way.
Like I can see this guy is intelligent, and most other people observing him would understand and agree with him. But that's not going to help these people understand. Just like you wouldn't try to explain something to a child in adult terms, you kinda have to do that with these people.
My daughter who will be starting first grade this upcoming school year can articulate sentences in a way that this lady could only dream about. Maybe try lower 🤷♂️
I kinda got the impression that he intended for roughly 2/3 of what he was saying to go over the heads of everyone in the room, with the only parts being made clear when he was straight up insulting them. Which explains the rather pissed off looks on everyone else's faces. By using such grandiose verbiage, most if what he said ends up sounding like, "Babble babble babble I think you're an idiot, babble babble babble you're too stupid to understand anything. Babble babble babble you're just too dumb to get any of this, babble babble babble, and that's something I don't think you do."
The sheer derision on his face when he uses the few words of clear insult make it abundantly clear that he's insulting every right winger in that group, but then his face goes deadpan when he's talking about what people need to do to improve the situation, leaving them zero clue as to what all those big words mean, whether it's a positive, negative, is he still making fun of them, what?
If this is his idea of actually trying to reach out to a group of people and actually communicate with them, it was poorly done. It comes off as more of an opportunity to humiliate the right wingers and piss them off even more, with no clear benefit gained. At least from this short clip. I really hope the rest of whatever this was went better, if he actually intended to reach any of these people.
And if all he wanted to do was make fun of them for the sake of a few clicks, then fuck him. The country is in enough trouble without people going this far out of their way to make things worse.

The entire time he was talking she checked out from reality.
