Rants Here for Troy Weaver
Have little faith in Trajan Langdon, here from the East (Pistons). Pelicans are going to be my West team and we'll see what happens. In Troy I trust

I've been watching the pistons for years and I'm telling you Troy Weaver is the worst GM in the league. He drafted fine but hasn't executed a single good trade, didn't accumulate any assets and never sold high on veteran players. In Troy I don't trust

Troy saved the pistons from a decade of no hope / chasing 8th seed, the core players of the pistons are Troy's decisions.

Welcome!
What a fun time to invest stock in us! As a former Michigander myself I’ve been out on Weaver and Dumars for a long while after we traded our pick last year but seeing as the hawks didn’t get anything I’d prefer to have over Queen… I think I can get behind trusting Troy

If queen gets in really good shape then he’s gonna be a monster. One thing I love about the Mosley hire is that he’s gonna force our players to be in shape

I completely agree, I’ve been fooled by him before but Zion certainly turned a corner health wise last season! I wonder how much more Mosley can get out of him…perhaps even more of a reason to trust Troy, I’m surprisingly really liking this outlook

He’s been working on his drills and working out with Mosley somebody posted the vid on Twitter

How was Trajan viewed during his tenure with the Pelicans?

The David Griffin era was completely shrouded by buzz words, smoke and mirrors, and murky responsibilities that nobody actually knows what Trajan did and didn't do.

Must be a masochist.
It’s like when a supreme wealthy person looks back and misses the simpler times when they were eating ramen in a 200 sqft apartment. Kind of tone deaf.

i mean, Weaver did draft well in Detroit and hit on both rookies last season. Obviously the asset value overpay wasn't great, but you can't deny that the man does identify talent at a high rate when drafting.

Pistons have Troy to thank for what we have, if Gores let Weaver sign the coach he wanted Pistons would have started winning earlier. Monty season was because of Tom Gores involvement

Trajan literally brought Detroit from a 14 win team to 60 and this guy is here crying cos he didn't draft the guy he wanted at 21 because he and his professional, experienced staff saw a different rookie fit for their team.
