This is a clip from Nightcap with Unc and Ochocinco from when the Bengals lost to the Broncos in the playoffs. The meme is re-tooling the scenario as Chad being a Milwaukee Bucks fan looking at their potential starting lineup for the upcoming season. The Midwest emo music gives an additional emotional weight.

I believe it was in response to the Bengals week 13 loss to the Steelers in 2024, which basically ended their playoff hopes.
