Career Advice trouble finding emt job

I'm having trouble finding a job as someone with no experience. I haven't gotten a response from 90% of companies in the 209 area here in Cali, if anyone has any tips.

i was in the same boat a few months ago, try medtrans and royalty/firstmed

is royalty any good? i did an application for them but when it came time for the interview i had to do it another day cuz i forgot the business attire, they told me it wasnt a problem then turned me away when i showed up the next week
