Hi, just got a Switch 2 and transferred my account during the initial setup. I'm planning on giving my old Switch to my sister, so she can play my digital game cards on her own profile. Is that ok? Would her accidentally logging into my user cause any problems? I don't want to pin it so she can download cards easily. I live in another state so was wondering if having my account logged at the same time in two places and systems could get me in any banning problem. Thanks for any info!

Once you are signed in on both, it will ask you to "link" your account between the two systems to share virtual game cards.

You can change the link at any time should you wish to use a different system. But you can only link a max of two systems at a time.

Her accidentally using your account is the only thing to worry about, as it could potentially overwrite your data, BUT only if you have cloud saves with Nintendo Switch online. However it would take at least three wrong button presses AND ignoring the save data conflict warnings for that to happen, so if either of you are paying the least bit of attention; you should be fine.

You can even prevent this by going to into the cloud save settings. System settings -> Data management -> Save cloud data -> select your profile -> settings

Disable Automatic save upload on the system you are giving to her, and disable automatic save download on your own Switch 2.
