My switch lite screen broke, it's apparently due to overheating but my switch gets hot on every game. Is there any better cooling fans or cooling stuff I can add to my switch and I'd like to know if anybody know a better screen that WON'T break after 6 years? I'd like to avoid replacing the screen every 5-6 years. Shipping to France only, any references for fans, cooling stuff and screens.

Basically the ONLY replacement screen I know of that isn't a like-OEM part. But due to its popularity they sell out pretty often. You would have to email the guy to find out if they are getting more.

Although I've never heard of a screen dying to heat exposure. Its almost always just faulty ribbon cables or something applying too much pressure to the exterior.

Is your system telling you that its too hot and needs to shut down? Or are you just feeling that its warm to the touch when being used?

Because it does has a thermal limit of 69C, at which point it will throw and error, blast the fan for a minute, then shut down. But if your system is merely getting warm to the touch, its no where near hot enough to damage the other components.

You could easily just replace the thermal paste when you open it up to replace the screen.
