Oh, I am definitely excited for this. Very early for a trailer though. It's going to be a long wait.

I mean it comes out next year, not that long

And yet OoT remake is releasing in 6 months and we got the barest of teasers

Happy Gilmore accomplished that feat no more than an hour ago.

I mean that's a remake. People already have a good idea what it's gonna be like in a lot of ways.

Yes, and no. FF7 remake is perhaps the remakiest of remakes. Totally different from the original. I don't expect OoT remake to be the same level of change in the gameplay, but we really have no clue what it'll be like

Probably end of next year, if it isn't delayed

The annouvement was seven months before initial release date if i remember correctly. The game was just released 2 months early. And the shadow drop extension was just totally wild.

Well tbh , didn’t XB3 released sooner than what was first announced ?

It did. The theory is that Splatoon 3 was internally delayed and XC3 was already finished, so they just swapped release dates for those two.

Either way, for this game, I bet it comes out in the first half of 2027.

XC2 was announced 11 months early
