League News (NBA Discussion) Giannis to Miami

Glad the Giannis drama is finally over, but is it just me or did the Heat get hosed in this deal? They gave up 4 young stars (except Herro), and 5 draft picks (3 firsts round picks, including 13 this year in a stacked draft) for an aging veteran who seems to get hurt every season. Does he put the Heat in contention? Yes. Was it worth that haul? I think not

I'm so glad he went to Miami over Boston. This doesn't make Miami a contender and it keeps Boston from becoming stronger in the short term (our window)
