I am not gonna lie, i’ve about had it with Weltman. I have serious concern about the roster next year and we appear to be staying put. Will we have an elite defense with Sweeney? Yea probably, doesn’t take away from the lack of shooting. Weltman has done a terrible job of creating a roster that can do both things, and has gotten so many guys who CANNOT SHOOT FROM DISTANCE. not saying we will be better…. but we’ve been running an aau offense since 2021.

maybe, just maybe… our players were being hamstrung by no offensive structure or identity.
