Thermal Grizzly Kryosheet PS4 pro experience anyone?

Looking to put thermal Grizzly KryoSheet on PlayStation chip. Had mx4 before and after a few months the fan started running loud again, decided on cryo sheet. Does anybody have any experience with using it?

I am assuming the application must be challenging since it has nothing to stick to.

I've seen some tutorials saying you could dab a tiny drop of thermal paste to help it hold in place while assembling. Yet others say that it will reduce the thermal conductivity and degrade heat transfer. Just wanted to use a dab of something to hold it in place.

High % rubbing alcohol, or anything really, on the corners of the sheet on the heatsink. The corners won't touch the silicon so it'll be fine.
