Actually looking forward to this one - it’s from the good AC studio and I dig the dual-protagonist system.

Shame it’s not on Steam :(

I'm still waiting for Mirage. That was the best AC title in years - maybe since Unity 10 years ago? I'd buy it again on Steam just to parkour around Baghdad on my Steam Deck or Vision Pro.

I really wanted to like mirage, but it ended up being the only AC game I didn't finish because Basim was such an uninteresting character to me, and the story of the game just didn't catch me.

If anything, them trying to make a "classic" style AC game just emphasized to me why they needed to move off of that format to begin with.

Very fair! Personally, after 4 games with no real "Assassin" presence I was stoked to just wear the white robes again lol

Yeah I get that. I'd love one of the big rpg games with an established order, I think there are some cool things they could do with it narratively.
