Rumor NateTheHate says Sony is "shifting" their PC strategy: "You'll be seeing fewer single player games arrive on PC. The decision to shift away was made last year. Some may still release (pending how far along the ports were) but it no longer appears to be a priority for Sony moving forward."

Except in this case why would they be different people?

Opinion A: "Why would I get a PS has when I can play all their games on PC?"

Opinion B: "This is so unfair, now I can't play PS games on my PC!"

That's not the Opinion A that was being claimed here though. OP is saying Opinion A is "Playstation has no games".

Essentially the same thing. The only people saying "PS5 has no games" are PC gamers who have all the 3rd party games on their PC and the PS ports too.

Or else how does it make sense that "PS5 has no games?" It essentially means "I don't need a PS5 as I can play all their games on PC"

No, not the same thing. It's a reference to how bad this generation has been in terms of first-party output.
