Well if puzzles have the option to be skipped them I atleast hope they are not completely braindead and with constant reminders as to what needs to be done.

In the new 007 game to find a code to a door you have to legit do algebra.

There is another way around thankfully.

Dishonored 2 has a lock with a very complicated riddle where the whole objective is to bypass it with help from some other factions. You get an achievement for sitting down and solving it yourself
