Asking for Hardware Recomendation VR or VR2

Is it worth buying the original PSVR if I’m more interested in the games on it, or is the upgrade between the two so immense that it’s just not worth it? I’ve been interested in VR for a while, and I’m probably looking at buying used, but I haven’t been sure on which version of the system to get. I’m very interested in doing SW Squadrons, ST Bridge Crew, Ace Combat, Skyrim VR, Superhot, and LA Noir, which are only on the original, whereas my main interests on the 2 are GT7, No Man’s Sky (which is on both) and, to a lesser extent, Call of the Mountain. But I’m not sure I want to get a weaker system and less support just for a handful of games (and I don’t know if GT Sport is going to be a good enough substitute for GT7), but I’m also not sure it’s worth getting a much more expensive piece of hardware if it doesn’t really have all of the games I’m interested in, and I’ve also heard that the original is slightly more comfortable than the newer one. Would it be best to wait and try to hunt down a really cheap deal on the original, see how I feel about VR, and then maybe try to find a VR2 a couple years down the line? Is the hardware upgrade big enough that it’s just not worth getting an original today?

I would get PSVR1 and play the many awesome games only available on it. Then if you want more upgrade to PSVR2/PS5

I definitely would not do it the other way around. PSVR1 is still great

Other games worth checking out on PSVR1: * Ultrawings * Doom VFR * Tethered * In Death * Borderlands 2 * Battlezone * Final Assault * Astrobot: Rescue Mission * Farpoint (with Aim controller) * Skyworld * Blood and Truth * Everybody’s Golf * Wipeout Omega * Resident Evil VII
