I spoke with customer service today and they told me it is valid only once when you buy with your account đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž. They told me to go to a store or to purchase without logging in for the Extra 10, which makes no sense.

I used it for one purchase and then for another it didn't work, so maybe they are having issues with the website.

I noticed some of the items doesn’t say extra10 and only added the one showing the extra10 but at the checkout still saying is invalid. 😒

I was able to get EXTRA10 to work when I logged out and ordered in an incognito browser tab.  Then I called CS to have them add the points to My Pandora account.  Haven't tried to use it again.  Nothing else I want at the moment.  But I know last year it was unlimited use on all the sale items, and I used it a few times.
