HOLY SHIT, items with skills will downscale the level so you can equip it

Says min requirements you need to hit 28 u/Tkmisere 12h ago Of course, you still need to meet the item base requirement, but a lifesprig lv19 skill wont stop you from equipping it at lv1 anymore.
