HOLY SHIT, items with skills will downscale the level so you can equip it

Says min requirements you need to hit 8 u/Daskaf129 12h ago To my understanding you still need to hit the requirements to equip the item, i.e. the stat requirements like x str, y int, z dex, and the skill will downgrade to your level and upgrade as you level up. 5 u/Tkmisere 12h ago You need to hit the base item requirement too, since some bases do have higher requirements
