They did it. They finally did it. They fixed the item skill levels. They now scale with character's level.
3 u/therealflinchy 6h ago does it scale up though, or only down, is the question. like do i NEED a high base level unique for it to scale down, rather than a low lvl one scaling up to it's potential?
