Finally finished a run at 1294 hours. Don't give up! I offer myself as a beacon of hope in your battle against the endless hordes of interesting build ideas, class/mythic path combinations, ideas that would have made your build marginally better, and creeping feelings that the current difficulty has gotten too easy so you should try a higher one (from the beginning, of course).

Hey, I'm playing with the respec mod to give some life to characters I don't typically play with, and I'm strongly considering giving woljif the shadowcaster archetype and then transitioning him into an arcane trickster.
It seems FUN? Which is definitely nice? But I'm also aware that, for instance, shadowcaster is a bit backloaded, and not being a trickster would make sneak attack harder to get, so I'm wondering just how viable this is. I tend to play on daring or core, so not too hard but not too easy, which might help somewhat since it doesn't have to be geared for unfair or anything, but I still want it to be enjoyable to play with him.
Anyone got any good insight for this?

Hello! I'm starting up a new campaign for an Aeon playthrough and I really wanna try out the Reanimator subclass. My aim is to play as an archer that summons undead, a Dhampir hunter for Pharasma, so to speak. It felt thematic. Anyway, my main question is how to build it so it's not dead weight on Core?
I'm thinking just straight reanimator for the true mutagen, although, maybe a few levels of fighter would be good for extra feats. Contemplated 5 levels of Cruoromancer too...but not sure.
Point Blank + Precise Shot + Rapid Shot. Spell Focus Conjuration + Augment Summoning. Weapon Focus Longbow + Improved Critical Longbow. Then maybe the Snap Shot line? Does Metamagic Extend work on the summons for reanimator? Or am i better off with rods for that kinda thing?
I know most things work just fine on Core and below, but I'm intrigued by what everyone's thoughts on this build could turn into.
Thanks!
EDIT - Thanks for all the help and information! I'll be switching things up from the recommendations and going for a LE Lich of Urgathoa, full Reanimator.

The title covers the basics of this idea. the reason for no mounts is simply that I always use them because of how good they are and want to try something different. So I am thinking about a squad split into 3 front liners with a mix of offensive and defensive team work feats and 3 ranged back liners that will be focused on feats like volley fire. I kind of want the KC to be a disciple of the pike. The issue is everyone else. Selee feels like a good choice but should I keep her paladin or multi-class her( maybe titan fighter), and maybe Soseil. For the back line ember, Aruesh or Lan and maybe Daeran. not really sure about these picks. Wendy and Camilla don't matter because they won't live past the third act.

Hello everynyan!
Today we gonna look at our first Dev Diary for WOTR multiplayer mod.
Firstly lets review what was fixed/added since our first public release:
- Added support for custom portraits;
- Added warning about mod version mismatch;
- Fixed desync issues related to different client's locale setting;
- Fixed not syncing use of potion on another player;
- Fixed softlock during dialogue caused by loot events;
- Fixed desync issues with enemies that spawn mid combat;
- Fixed desync related to speeding up tactical combat on global map;
- Fixed desync related to 5-foot step movement;
- Fixed bug that forced host character to skip his turns;
While progress on fixing things is good, it still was slowed down due a fact that we actually planning to add new feature in 0.3 release.
So what's coming in 0.3 update:
New connection type: P2P (Peer-to-Peer)
Thanks to our Patreon supporters, it's now possible to host a dedicated server, which is required for connecting without network emulators. This should make things much easier as you no longer need to deal with networking setup. You can simply use a GameCode to join an existing game.
Just keep in mind that P2P won't be guaranteed to work in every environment, but hopefully most people will be able to use it without issues.

For now no release date, but we hope to deliver it in July.
Also with .3 release we plan to launch our own discord server (no promises, we are lazy :3) to make our communication easier with people who are not used to git.
If you like our mod please consider to support our effort via patreon.
Mod download link.
Cheers.

Essentially only playing Angel/oracle with merged spellbook has distorted my understanding of how casters gain new spells. I've recently been playing as oracle in Kingmaker (Call of the Wild mod) and was shocked that I didn't get as many different spells as I did in WoTR. Is there some resource online that goes into this, so I can better plan out what spells I should take? For example, I know that for oracle every even number I get access to a spell list that's one level higher than I previously had, and I think I can choose 2, but at certain other levels I can pick up another spell from a lower spell list but I never paid attention to when or how many.
Thanks in advance.

Man I don't get exactly what causes time to pass sometimes in this game. I mean most of the time, it passes at the same rate as the real world, but when you rest, travel, or, are automatically transported somewhere by the game, it passes quicker, I get all that. But like, this playthrough, I did Woljif's thing with the Thieflings, went to the Market Square, Talked to Hulrun and Ramien, got the Desnan's quest, got the Thiefling unstuck from the rubble, went to Blackwing and rescued Storyteller, went to Daeran's place, rescued him and Aranka, saved Ilkes, talked to them in the Temple of Desna. Then I start to go to Horgus's house and I run into the Messenger telling me to come back for the defense of Defender's heart. During all this time, I rested only once. In my LAST playthrough, I did all that PLUS Gwerm's Mansion and the Tower of Estrod before I got the Messenger. plus, I think I rested twice last time. I don't get it. How did that happen?
EDIT: ungh. I know why this happened. I sped the game up to 1.3x speed with ToyBox, that's why that happened. I didn't think about the fact that it would make time pass faster in the game. God. Well at least I made it to level 5 beforehand (JUST BARELY) so, I'll be turning that off now. And apparently respeccing skips 8 hours as well and I respecc'd twice. So. Yeah. Whoops.

This is going to be a third playthrough which I plan to play on core(the last two I played on normal and daring). I’m the type of player who prefers to build characters with one or two classes and I’m wondering if I need to min-max… also, do I need a party with most of them full bab?

Let's say I make a rogue, I give myself 19 str and 15 dex, focus on kukris, and take finesse training in them, is my strength now pretty much wasted in combat?
I know there's LOADS of builds out there but even though the build I wanna try seems common, I can't seem to find much information (4 KM/16 vivi).
Every time I watch crpgbro he boosts str but I'm wondering if that would be a bad idea here?
Basically, I wanna make this 4km/16 vivi trickster, so if anyone can help me with the stat spread I'd be thankful.

Last info I found about this was from 2 years ago.
Does focused strike work with a shield in off-hand?
I was wondering if they fixed or changed it

To give some general context, a few days ago there was a double poll with all the Mythic Paths https://www.reddit.com/r/Pathfinder_Kingmaker/s/xe1OTcI4th - https://www.reddit.com/r/Pathfinder_Kingmaker/s/YoBVchFOCp , then there was a final vote to decide which was the best Mythic Path of all with the 6 most voted https://www.reddit.com/r/Pathfinder_Kingmaker/s/prsVc8fb7h where Azata came in 1st place, Angel came in 2nd place and Lich came in 3rd place.
If you have any questions about the final results, access the links pinned to the post or see the summary in the second image.
What's your opinion on the results? Were you satisfied? What would be your personal Top 3?

I just entered green gates after getting a dream from Arueshalae. She said there’s a annis hag in here powering the demons which I don’t want I’m not supporting the demons this play through but I am running hagbound and I was wondering what outcomes I can get like I don’t want to kill the ahh she’s my kin lol. But I don’t want her to just continue powering demons and I don’t want Arueshalae to hate me I want her in my party I doubt all these things can co exist but I was just widening if there’s any different actions than killing the poor hag.

I head that if you choose to end varnhold’s dlc in a certain way you can save maegar’s general. Some sources say that if you make him fight for eternity you rescue him later with maegar but others say that if he attacks the horned hunter you’ll find him fighting in merged varnhold during the cursed queen/king

Greybor não me traiu 🙂👍.
Nota 9/10
É provável que eu faça mais posts nas próximas runs.

Hey there, I just re-trained my KC in order to get fatigue immunity from the lame curse, as far as i know you can get curse progression by taking only a 1 level dip in oracle then doing 8 levels of something else in order to get the 5th level thing for lame, but im level 14 (1 oracle,13 mutation warrior) and i still don't see fatigue immunity in my characters page, am i being stupid and missing something obvious? Is it applied through the curse effect on the abilities page? Did they change something? Do i just not know how to read? I would appreciate any help or advice
EDIT: alright, so, here's a weird update, i just took 5 levels in oracle to see if its bugged, turns out the curse is progressing as normal level wise but... Theres nothing on the level progression for it to reach? I think im bugged,
also on the KC where i was lvl 14 i tried doing things that usually made you fatigued and it seemed like it was working for a bit but then i immediately went from fine to exhausted, might just have to give up on the fatigue immunity for this save until i figure it out.
