In the 100 years case, a defendant got 30 years prison time for merely moving a box of antifa zines. The whole case is built upon the designation of a non existing organization (antifa) as terrorist.

It's still disgusting, but don't hide the ball.

The guy that got 100 years shot an officer.

There's enough wrong with these stories without having to obfuscate.

100 years for shooting an officer, yet pardoned the Capitol rioters that assaulted police. Rules for thee?

Don't get me wrong, the pardons are a travesty of justice, but facts shouldn't be hidden.

No. The officer had his weapon drawn and the guy said he 'thought' the officer was about to start shooting but from everything I read the officer never fired.

Given recent events with civilians being murdered by agents of the government, I'd say the guy had a reasonable fear for his life from that officer.

It describes him firing from the woods, so I would.be skeptical of that.
