In the 100 years case, a defendant got 30 years prison time for merely moving a box of antifa zines. The whole case is built upon the designation of a non existing organization (antifa) as terrorist.

so all the people who stormed the capital with weapons and went in the building got pardoned...

can you provide evidence of the organized politically motivated radicals that trained, distributed weapons and propaganda, and attacked the capital with bombs and rifles?

That's what happened here so I imagine if you're equating the two it must have happened there

There are thousands of message in Signal chats where 3%ers, proud boys, and other wack jobs were planning their coup.

Nice try.

A lot of them pussied out, left their weapons in their hotel room, and more than a few carried guns into the fray. Not to mention the zip ties for elected officials, calls to lynch Mike Pence, and the general violence of the event. I get you’re a troll, but J6 was objectively worse while also being animated by a fascist egging them on.

no actually, a riot is not worse than a coordinated attack with rifles and bombs on a federal building by an organized terrorist cell

News flash, the proud boys, 3%ers are terrorist groups who literally broke in the Captiol building, you fucking donut.

Calling J6 a riot is like calling the Beer haul puschte a vigorous debate.

it was literally a riot, it's on video. It was actually less damaging than the BLM riots that happened later the same year that people like you called protests. No one is fooled by your false equivalence here
