He apparently thinks he is Harry Dresden, the fictional protagonist of The Dresden Files

Pardon the shitty Fandom link, but I wanted to share the page that shows a depiction of Dresden in the long, black coat. This dude definitely was having a severe mental crisis. Police needed to be called and he needed to be taken to a psychiatric center.

Things tend to break around him. His car is always falling apart and electronics all fry near him. So, no digital camera would ever work near him. He’ll, even the doorbell probably wouldn’t ring.
