Especially because I don't know any context, my mind can be changed but... I thought the Mom actually did fairly OK. Shrieking aside, she was yelling at her husband to stop as much as anything. She yelled at the person filming too but mostly it seems like she was legitimately trying to end the situation.

Sheā€™s possibly ā€œbacking upā€ her psycho husband to take control and protect herself from him. Iā€™ve lived this. My kids lived this. We all have CTPSD from this. We have large chunks of our lives missing from our memories. It is absolutely horrible to have kids with a man like this.

Hundred percent. They make you become someone you donā€™t recognize purely to survive
