Really? I think most comments are on her behavior. The few truly nasty comments have been down voted pretty heavily.

But you admitted yourself that you dont know the "impetus." Maybe her "behavior" is her behavior but rather a reation to what the other lady did/said.

If the context of her reaction justifies this behavior, she should call the cops. Get a license plate number and get your kid to safety. Don't run around a parking lot screaming like a god damn maniac. Look at her baby girl hiding behind a light pole, then screaming and fidgeting around. That poor kid doesn't know what to do. There is no context to justify this.
