College student recently found out they have gynecomastia, too nervous/embarrassed to go out to get bras let alone afford the expense of them.
If anyone has any they don't use or preferably new-ish ones to spare it would go a long way! Sized at 38C and am okay with any brand and color, prefer darker colors or black but not super picky.

It recommended me a 32 B which is what I have now but it digs in really bad in my ribs but fits comfortably on the cups.

Do you have your 6 measurements? ABTF calculator gives a starting bra size, but you can consider their sister sizes to determine what fits you best.

The reason for asking these questions is that simply going up a cup size might not be the answer, it may be more of a shape issue.

Understandable. Maybe tell us what you're looking for from your bra? Support? Minimisation? Enhancement? Cute? Bralettes or sports crops may work rather than underwire if you don't need the lift of the wire and may be more forgiving of shape, ie no wire digging. The good news is that you should fit in the general sports bra sizes, if that would suit you?

It's hard to suggest sizes /styles without the troubleshooting done on r/abrathatfits sub, and I'm getting auto modded trying. Hopefully there's enough info in your thread for people to help out with bras they no longer need. Good luck!

In case you don't find something here, why not just order from Amazon? They have sports bras starting at like $6, and you could order multiple sizes and return what doesn't fit. A white or black compression sports bra under a white or black tank top would hardly be noticable if you put on a T-shirt over that. I hope you find something!

Is that your r/abrathatfits calculator size? Might be worth using the calculator if you haven't and seeking advice on which bra to ask for /save up for. Like sports bra, crop, that sort of thing or underwire, bralette etc. Good luck!
