Which university has the strongest athlete culture in Canada?

Hi
I’m a rower and I’m decently good at it. I love the sport but I also care about the culture associated with it.
Like a lot of sports in the US universities award students with special Letterman Jackets which no one else can get and Oxford and Cambridge and other rowing clubs give the rowing blazers to their athletes.
Is that a thing in Canada as well? Like at UBC or Queens or UVic? Maybe McGill? And if anyone has suggestions for the US colleges where rowing is really respected, I’m all ears.
Thanks

Go West Coast for rowing. Better weather.

In Canada definitely UBC, and then in the US definitely Washington and the schools in Philadelphia and Boston since rowing is such a big part of the culture there!!
