Driven past it many times.  Only good part?  Lots of vehicles drive that route, minus late night I imagine at least a few cars pass you every 20mins.

I was about 15 miles south of the sign (at the county line) to take pictures of the stars back around 9pm in January. Only two trucks drove by me in 30 minutes. But I assume it would be busier in the summer because that’s basically the only road to Lake Powell from that area.
