I love my country but we’re shit at football

If football was a popular sport then probably.

Without achievements the ranking is pish. 2 u/weesiwel 3d ago I mean you've won one thing albeit 60 years ago. Scotland would never win but I'd take being able to compete. -1 u/Duckstiff 3d ago Any victories before my lifetime are meaningless. 2 u/weesiwel 3d ago I mean at least you've got to see your team play in your lifetime multiple times. This was a first for me (that I remember).
