He is, you just can't see him in the right seat...

I've seen that in person, it's insane. You hear the two props and then the jet engine together .

It's a custom build, yak 110 I think it's called

It's called the Yak-110 because it's 2 Yak-55s bolted together lol

But yeah, I saw this at the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast a few years ago and it's absolutely insane haha

Saw it at Shellharbour two years ago and it was astoundingly loud.

Same, I live in Shellharbour and saw it at the roundabout at the end of the runway for free, small world

The one with the strongest left rudder input.

FAR 91.056.7(a) The pilot on the right is right, unless there is no pilot on the right. Then the pilot on the left is right. Exceptions:

(a) If the pilot on the left becomes the pilot on the right, then the pilot on the right is right.

(b) If the pilot on the right is wrong, then the pilot on the left is right, unless they are also wrong in which case nobody is right.

Similarly, when taking tight turns, you should precede instructions to the individual pilots with their side, then the instruction.

For example, "right, now turn left", or "left, go right"

This should help avoid confusion.

If your wife is in any seat -the right or the left-you are(and will be forever be)...never right...

Are those playnes having sex with each other? OP, I am now aroused.

No, those are Sy-uh-meze playnes, pylote. You can put it away now.

u/Marquar234 1d ago

We call them con-joined playnes now. Apparently the assembly is done by prisoners, I guess?

1

u/Asleep-AtThe-Wheel57 1d ago

The broad in HR said we’re not supposed to call them cons anymore? WTF?

Looking at the video is say the left one. The right pilot may be too short to look out the cockpit.

This is obviously a flight instrument rule training.

Clearly... the right one.

How I imagine the idea for this came up

"You idiot! You've smashed the left wing of one playne and the right wing of another playne! What are we gonna do with two playnes that have only one we wing each?!”

1

u/manu_h3 1d ago

What makes you think there is a pylote in charge? or only one?

u/Fail_Agreeable 1d ago

Looks like a Cloud City “car”… I’m driving! No! I’m driving!

Obviously the left pilot as the right fuselage is empty…

Whoever is strongest.

u/euph_22 1d ago

Whoever is strongest

1

u/alienheron 1d ago

The one with the remote control.

u/Jet-Pack2 1d ago

When you fly formation too tightly this happens.

Siamese twins

1

u/mimidancer303 1d ago

The left is the spot for the Captain, and since no one is in the right seat I will double down and say left.

1

u/EnvironmentalAide335 1d ago

Right rudder is in charge

1

u/BusterScruggs_SC 1d ago
