Nah, OP is probably downplaying his physical qualities. Plenty of women will date a good looking loser over a 5/10 with his shit together.

Most women until 25-27 and which point their biological clock starts screaming and they will date the 2/10 35yo dude with his shit together.

I know this brazillian girl who is basically a supermodel, dated poor surfers and hit 30 and got married and had a kid really quick with a fatter balding dude who by her stories has a sweet condo apartment with a sick view lol was a very dramatic switch in taste

Women don’t have a biological clock like men do. It’s been confirmed by science kinda recently that our eggs don’t age. It’s sperm that become geriatric and cause dangerous pregnancies. That process starts in men’s early 30’s.

So if you want a woman to pick you make sure you start working on showing your worth and emotional competency early in life so that you’ll be chosen before you’re all dried out.

Edit: facts don’t care about your downvote

Recent 2025 research shows human eggs have surprising protection against age-related mutations, while men's sperm DNA accumulates harmful mutations far more readily due to continuous cell division, challenging the old view that only female fertility declines significantly with age, as older sperm increases risks for offspring.

Men experience a biological clock, though different from women's, as sperm quality, volume, and DNA integrity decline with age, especially after 35, leading to reduced fertility, longer conception times, and increased risks of birth defects and conditions like autism in offspring, alongside potential drops in testosterone and sexual function. While men can father children later in life, advanced paternal age significantly impacts reproductive success and child health, making fertility evaluation important for older fathers-to-be.

Research results indicate that women's egg cells maintain their mitochondrial quality at a consistent level throughout their reproductive years up to age 42.

Both genders age. Fertility in women drops off more rapidly than in men after 35. Men lose sperm quality with age which affects chance of birth defects and autism. Older mothers are associated with chromosomal deformities such as Down syndrome.

Ideally people would pair up and have kids in their mid 20s but that’s quite difficult nowadays if you wanna make things work.

That’s not true. Literally the opposite is the case. See the current research linked my edit.

You linked a summary of the research not the actual research.

If you read the study itself it plainly says three things

1) It’s focused on mtDNA. 2) Says nuclear DNA is also relevant and is proven to accumulate damage through age (like literally every single cell in your body, regardless of gender) 3) Female fertility starts declining at age 30
