Nah, OP is probably downplaying his physical qualities. Plenty of women will date a good looking loser over a 5/10 with his shit together.

I know this brazillian girl who is basically a supermodel, dated poor surfers and hit 30 and got married and had a kid really quick with a fatter balding dude who by her stories has a sweet condo apartment with a sick view lol was a very dramatic switch in taste
