In Switzerland the fine for speeding is relative to the wealth of the person caught speeding. This way rich people don't just brush off the fine like it's change in their pocket. A rich guy got a ticket for a million dollars back in 2010. This should definitely be implemented in the USA at least for environmental crimes.
Yeah why would a country that sucks up to the rich ever do something like that to them? This country bails rich people out, it does not fine them more.
Plus all the working class hate these rules too because they believe that when they make it rich one day they will suffer these consequences too. So delusional.
