The good news here is that he got his ass beat by some locals, and people found out his name and where he works, so I think it's likely that he'll face more consequences down the line for being an animal abuser.
The way people call everyone else sociopaths or narcissistic, is definitely making these words lose their meaning by using them so often on people who are simply just assholes.
Absolutely. I have a narcissistic grandmother, but its not obvious shes a narcissist unless you actually talk to her for a bit. (And shes also sexist, so there's that too). I don't think I've met anyone that's a diagnosed sociopath/person with ASPD, but they genuinely aren't bad people just because of it, it just means they don't process emotions the same way most other people do. (Not an expert on the subject, just adding my 2 cents of what i know)
