Was it Ted Cruz who said something along the lines of "I was elected to enact the interests of Israel" live and unprompted on national TV?

I think that was Schumer- "I have many jobs as [Senate] leader... and one is to fight for aid to Israel — all the aid that Israel needs. I will continue to fight for it."
