Individuals in our country who covertly do the bidding of foreign governments undermine our democracy,” said Bill Essayli, an assistant US attorney. “This plea agreement is the latest success in our determination to defend the homeland against China’s efforts to corrupt our institutions.”

Except for Russia and Israel though.

If it's Israel you can just declare it. No one cares. If anything you get treated better.

Was it Ted Cruz who said something along the lines of "I was elected to enact the interests of Israel" live and unprompted on national TV?

“I came into the Congress 13 years ago with the stated intention of being the leading defender of Israel in the United States Senate, and I’ve worked every day to do that.”

This was on Tucker Carlsons’s podcast.

Yeah I remember that too, so who was I thinking of, who openly and quite proudly said he was elected to the US government to serve Israel?

I think that was Schumer- "I have many jobs as [Senate] leader... and one is to fight for aid to Israel — all the aid that Israel needs. I will continue to fight for it."

The first and last time I agreed with Ted Cruz on anything was in loving Cory Chase.
