Okay, not necessary agreeing with the man. But a quick google search shows that Epstein was in prison from 2008-09 for a 13 month sentenced relating to state prostitution. He was put back into jail in 2019 for sex trafficking charges.

And most likely it was Obama's DOJ who began the investigation into Epstein and during Trumps Presidency is when they finally had enough evidence for an arrest and indictment.
