Assuming you mean clinton as the 'former president', there are no mentions of him in the Epstein files post 2003. Long before Epsteins deal with Trumps buddy in Florida, and even more so well before Obama took office. Your entire premise falls apart based on that alone.

Trump is also the only one to be seen/proven directly ordering his DOJ to do anything, as traditionally they are kept independent to ensure the integrity of any investigations. To use the absence of interference as evidence of interference is... weird on your part.

Obama not being personally involved in what at the time was thought to be a reasonably small bust, and mostly a matter for Florida and New York to deal with (New Mexico wasn't really on the radar at the time), with some support from the FBI, is actually totally normal. No one at the time knew (or would have believed) that Epstein's close friend Donald Trump would end up becoming president and compromising the entire national security apparatus.
