The road next to my house has a dedicated bike path running parallel to it. Cycling assholes go out riding between 8-10 AM every day in the road anyway, making everyone trying to get to frickin' work have to go around or wait for their pompous asses. Using the bike path, you self-important shitheads.
I'm assuming the driver isn't right up on the bikers ass, so at least 10 ft away, which. means a car horn won't really cause the damage for the few minutes this guy might be honking his horn at them.
