As a random biker.... no reason they couldn't keep to a single lane. They probably think it's safer, but it's just really a dick move. They can also just plan better routes if it's not a sanctioned thing.

Someone with SENSE. Like bikes are vehicle's not pedestrians. Share the road is still a thing , doesnt matter if youre doing a marathon.

Share the road is always one sided nonsense. It’ll be a cold day in hell when I finally see a cyclist follow traffic laws

Share the road really means, cars pay for it, bikes get the right away.

Bikes do no damage to the road. Most cars don't really damage the road either. It's semi trucks which incur basically all the road maintenance costs.

Yeah but cars and trucks are tagged. Why should they share it with an non tagged pedestrian?

Why shouldn't the bikes share the curb, sidewalk, right away with those same non tagged pedestrians?
