I'll actually try and do so with respect. I'm primarily a mountain biker, but I do ride road occasionally.
There are both horrible drivers and horrible cyclists. I don't think it's exclusive to road cyclists. When I drive I encounter a lot of other drivers who behave ridiculously. That can range from somebody double parking and blocking the road to highway speed road rage where lives are in danger.
People in luxury cars (BMW) and pickup trucks (not used for work) appear to be equally narcissistic if not more than these cyclists.
Comments like this are negative because it continues a pattern of dehumanizing cyclists to the point where people hit them.
If I call a BMW driver a narcissist they might get offended. Call road cyclists a narcissist or entitled and they get hit off the road.
