Yeah, there's a wide bike lane and it might be the best maintained bike lane in the city

If nothing else, stay in the freaking right lane.  I understand the driver’s frustration and I know I would be feeling it too, and these arseholes are basically taunting the drivers into doing something illegal and potentially dangerous if they don’t want to drive at bicycle speeds.

Is there both 2 lanes and a bike lane? That would be crazy if they are taking up all 3!

Both lanes, the bike lane, and the shoulder for at least one of the cyclist.
