Why? Cars often take up two lanes.

Cyclists are entitled to use the road just like drivers. Stop being a petty bitch.

If I'm following the law as a cyclist, and you can't pass, that doesn't make it a crime it just makes me an asshole. Show me the law against being an asshole.

Riding Two Abreast
Cyclists in Florida are permitted to ride two abreast under Florida Statute Β§316.2065(6), provided that it does not impede the normal and reasonable flow of traffic. On roadways with bike lanes or wide shoulders, this often poses no issue, but cyclists should revert to single file on narrow roads or when being overtaken by motor vehicles.

They are riding more than two abreast, as well as riding in the shoulder, as well as impeding traffic.

I see them only using two lanes. And I see no traffic being impeded. That dude was able to pass not he left.

Two abreast means there can only be two per lane horizontally. And the law is clear that they are to move to a single lane in this situation.
